When I joined, this tax and financial services firm had no paid advertising in place, no email marketing system, and minimal social media presence. Their lead flow relied heavily on word-of-mouth and referrals, limiting growth potential.

Paid Media:

Built Google Search and Meta Ads campaigns from scratch, starting with audience research and keyword intent mapping

Designed campaign architecture with tightly themed ad groups, high-relevance copy, and tailored creative assets

Landing Pages & CRO:

Created high-converting landing pages with strong value propositions, proof elements, and simplified forms

Implemented split testing to continually improve CTR and CVR

Email Marketing:

Developed the company’s first email marketing program, including welcome sequences, promotional campaigns, and segmented newsletters

Created automated follow-up workflows for leads from ads, events, and the website

Launched targeted seasonal/service campaigns to boost response rates

Social Media:

Developed and executed a content calendar for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

Leveraged industry-specific topics, educational content, and engagement prompts to grow reach and interaction
